I dreamt I was outside the main gate of Buckingham Palace just after the Victoria Monument & saw Queen Elizabeth II strolling past in the forecourt. I called out a greeting to Her Majesty who smiled & approached me from the other side of the gate from within the Palace forecourt. I informed her how happy & honoured I was to finally be my Liege & could finally obtain concession fares on public transport (in New South Wales [NSW]) if I became a full-time student again as per a letter I sent Her Majesty about discrimination in the State of NSW towards full-fee paying international students (I am Singapore-born). I never met Her Majesty in person even though I visited the British Isles but knew she would never (be able to) return to Australia — this was in the first quarter of 2012 (Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee) — & told her in my dream I was terribly sad & sorry I could never afford to return to the United Kingdom (UK) as I had to invest resources as well as time to settle in Australia. The Queen nodded & continued smiling with empathy to yours truly in my dream. I knew this was merely a dream which would never occur in reality as well as I would (eventually) wake up; I thus pleaded if we could hold hands through the Palace gate before I wake up. Her Majesty affirmed & we stretched our right hands out — & then I woke up. I can only now hope I can be with Her Late Majesty for all eternity when I eventually leave this world.
